TRAIN YOUR PELVIC FLOOR AND BRING YOUR BABY

The SuperMums program is focused on your pelvic floor health. From preparing you to give birth and reduce pregnancy-related pains to enabling you to slowly get back to exercising and recuperating your figure, our sessions revolve around the Low Pressure Fitness hypopressive exercises.
STRENGTHEN YOUR PELVIC FLOOR
The pelvic floor is the muscle that supports the bladder, the uterus and the rectum. As it weakens during pregnancy and after giving birth, it stops doing its job and prolapses and urine leaks appear. Our goal is to exercise it and the core muscles to avoid and prevent these issues.
SPECIFIC FOR YOU
We are here because you stopped having time to take care of yourself when you got pregnant and had your child. Join other women like you and get back to exercising.
TRAIN WITH YOUR BABY
You can bring your baby to all sessions, so that you can focus on your health while also attending his needs. There is time for both of you!

From the moment I stepped into their welcoming studio, I knew I was in the hands of professionals who genuinely care about their clients' well-being.
The sessions not only prepared me for childbirth and eased pregnancy discomfort but also helped me safely regain strength and confidence after delivery.
Big thank-you to the team (Bea, Diana, Sofia) for their expertise, care, and constant encouragement.

What I like the most is the full program from the 3 month of pregnancy until a fully recovery after your delivery. Thank you Supermums!
The teachers give 100% and more so that we feel good about ourselves in and out of class.
The chat groups they organize are also very helpful for all practical information between moms. They also include very interesting courses to work the pelvic floor and get in shape.
In short, a very complete studio for all women with/without babies/children!!!


Thanks to these classes I not only feel much better about myself mentally and physically, but also very prepared to face childbirth.
The professional quality of the teachers is fantastic but the personal quality is even better.
Totally recommended to all women!

....January 2021: and here I am still training with SuperMums.... for more than 4 years 😜🤗 It is the golden formula that keeps me motivated: safe and effective workout with an experienced trainer and different options for all levels of fitness!


On one hand, is an excellent way of becoming active again and recovering from the delivery. You dance, do hypopressives and gain strength to hold your baby 💪
On the other hand, you get to know other mothers and babies and socialise for a bit (improving your mental health 😜).
Besides, the centre is perfectly adapted for babies: you have rocking chairs, toys and pillows so you can leave the baby comfortably next to you while exercising. You have changing tables, bottle warmer; place where to leave the stroller, seat s to breastfeed, etc.

Of course, the workouts are great and adapted to each mum, but for me the biggest advantage is being able to come with my child – or even both children. No babysitter, no complicated planning, no excuses.
What keeps me coming back, though, is the community. Spending time with other SuperMums, chatting, laughing, sharing the beautiful and messy parts of motherhood... it genuinely fills my heart and soul. Most days I don't actually feel like going, especially when life is busy and exhausting, but I have never once regretted it. Every single time I leave feeling stronger, happier, and more like myself again.
And Beatriz and Diana are simply amazing. Warm, kind, encouraging, and incredibly professional. Bea created something really special.
If you're a mum or mum-to-be and wondering whether to join: do it. Your body will thank you, but even more importantly, so will your heart. ❤️

Try and probably you will remain in the community... Bea motivates you to stay in shape during pregnancy and get back in shape after birth. Always with her smile and approachable personality, like a friend. What else?

Bea is an excellent coach. Her classes always include some exercises, some fun Latin dances , aerobics and hypopressive exercises. Since doing her classes I feel much more confident and happier in my body. She is also a lovely person, always punctual and always in a good mood :)

I was not doing sport at all until the second baby birth. Then I went to supermums to start slowly after the recovery. Find back sensations, add movement to a body only useful for the baby. Slowly I started to feel entirely myself. And now 8 months after starting, I love sport (who could tell) and I love to belong to this car ing and supporting mama ´s 😍


My boyfriend is also impressed by the result and my old kid (4.5 yo) 3 weeks ago asked me if I had another baby in the belly…. And now he is also telling me how small is becomin the belly!
I do agree that persistency is the key… but alone I would have never succeed doing this.
